Be able to set custom HTTP Headers to a Blob

I want to be able to set http headers to a specific file inside a blob container such aa "Cahe-Control" and P3P Headers...

Amazon S3 allows setting up any kind of header, as well as redirect location.

Especially for Access-Control-Allow-Origin header
