How can we improve Windows Azure Media: Media Services?

    Azure should be the first choice when it comes to Silverlight LIVE Smooth Streaming, IP Multicast, On-Demand Smooth Streaming. No more half-hearted workarounds please!

    • Full Smooth Streaming Support for Azure Blobs

      Please complete the functionality for true smooth streaming support from Azure blob storage. The existing solutions are not fully featured, because they don't allow for FF and REW of playing video. Please add the functionality to serve smooth streams from Azure blob storage and allow the setting in the Azure portal.

      • restricting access by country

        The ability to restrict access to media by country would make it much easier to abide by copyright law.

        • Choose hourly billing methods compare with daily.

          We want to use reserved unit more short term biling. Hourly basis is make sense in point of business view.
