This would help move secure Identity and Access management in master slave configuration to services running inside Azure private cloud

It would be good to be able to build applications to Azure using only federated authentication. If user organization does not have AD installed they could use this as an alternative.
This wuold mean that we don't need to build AD and forms based authentications to our software.
