Currently it is not possible to buy any product from the Windows Azure family, not even the free ones from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Please add Bosnia to the list of supported countries.22 votes
I would like to see a site (preferably with RSS feed) listing known issues with current Azure products, both GA and Preview, and an approximate date that each will be addressed. At least once I contacted support and was informed that I may have hit a known issue. Known issues need to be communicated proactively so we can plan for and work around them as necessary.7 votes
On several occasions I have found the support of Azure disappointing. Too many times have they suggested I should ask a forum, Google an answer (not even promoting their product Bing) Do you think I haven't already tired that? A better support system utilising the MSDN articles would be much more worthwhile.6 votes
