Enable Windows Azure Tools to run on IIS Express
With the release of IIS Express which provides IIS7 Level Support across previous versions of Operating Systems like XP and Vista (Pre SP1).
It would be nice to be able to provide support for those Enterprises that haven't been able to upgrade to a newer operating system.

I work with many Enterprise customers and this is currently the #1 barrier for a) skills development for their developers, and b) adoption.

Don't force me to run Visual Studio as admin!
