I agree with Mike, this is a great place for 3rd party offerings. I honestly believe that they will present the data better anyway. Just as long as Azure allows good data collection points, that's all I ask.

This is an option, but there is a long tradition of Microsoft providing a third-party opportunity around its platforms in this area.
