Allow for switching billing accounts/Live ID accounts
I would like to start as extra small instance and later on apply for BizSpark subscription (possibly under a different live ID) and later on move to larger instances if my product succeeds. Is there an easy way to just switch the billing accounts without backing up the data and restoring to another account?

By this, I mean that I don't want to take down the running application/instances and just be able to change the billing accounts/company information.
