create a cspack.exe for Mac OSX

With more and more interoperability coming into Azure, a lot of the OSS devs run on either Mac OSX or Linux. Why not create a cspack.exe or other packaging tool for the Mac in lieu of actually creating Visual Studio for Mac

        I'm trying to deploy a node.js application to Cloud Services. Having to do this manually with very little documentation on the topic available is so painful.

        Yes, I'm expecting this to happen as I have a Java project waiting to be deployed as worker role and I'm trying to extend the eclipse plugin to mac. Is it anyway to "cspack manually"?
