Allow-Blob-Meta-Name with dash, as in Access-Control-Allow-Origin
Blob defined as CDN may need to send Access-Control-Allow-Origin header.

it makes the blob storage useless for JSON storage which is critical in load management (saving lots of web-services calls to the compute)
