Azure Text Messaging Alerting System
Create an Azure alerting framework using SMS, Text Messaging, Email, IM, SIP, that allows 2 way (bi-directional) alerts & responses.
Could be used by either adminstrators (status and remote control) or application<>users (application notification broadcasting). For an admin example, alerting on roles shutting down, crashing, spinning up, etc. For end user example, enabling notification account status changes or account provisioning. Could also be used for building SMS enabled azure applications

This feature would dovetail nicely with the feature suggested below, which would enable auditing of all administrative actions in the management portal. Along with logging each of the administrative actions, we should have the ability to alert on specific actions, deemed critical by our organization, so that we know when users are making modifications to the Azure environments.
