Use correct HTTP headers to protect ACS credentials
ACS does not specify expiration, transport-security, or anti-clickjacking headers as other OpenID, or SAML providers such as ADFSv2 do. Please implement these security features:
See a detailed list of headers here:

Scale up (size) and not only out
We have a service where we need Extra Large instances a few hours every night, and Extra Small instances during daytime.
Why? Because we need many threads controlled by one server, with big IO.
Why can I only scale on servers and not on sizes?

notified when a collision has occurred and how it was fixed!
vorrei sapere in qualche modo se, durante la sincronizzazione due o più database, avviene una collisione . Un idea sarebbe scrivere nel log del database hub

Allow node.js applications to be deployed using npm package
Currently, Azure allows node.js applications to be deployed using Git.
A lot of node.js apps build their minified scripts, css, etc. and as a result it's not in the git repo. In fact they normally want to publish the exact opposite of what's in the repo.
Allowing node.js applications to be deployed using the resulting file of `npm pack` would be very useful as it could be customized to the users requirements.

SQL Azure "Express" as the desktop version, to develop DB's generation then BACPAC of files to upload to SQL Azure.
It is very practical if you existing SQL Server DBs Deploy to Azure. Locally can be much more convenient testing without long upload times.
The upload you would reduce to a single upload, when everything is finished and functioning properly.3 votes -
Open a SQL/Windows Azure CTP data center also for Europe region
ATM the only data center available for SQL/Windows Azure CTP is located in Southwest USA. The average ping response from CTP Data center is above 200ms (while the local/europe servers have 30ms maximum).
So IMHO the performance of the solution is influenced by (sometimes very poor) connectivity.
Please create also an European data center for Azure services testing.

Modify developer env to impose all restrictions that are imposed in azure cloud.
The local dev environment should be able to impose all the restrictions (for eg mixing of dll's with x84,AnyCUP, x64), sometime dll's are found when running locally but missing when deployed on cloud. All these fixes will save a lot of development time.

provide the roadmap to create a simplest trial service like Goole do for AppEngine
I wish I had a trial Azure service and step-by-step instructions to develop it on my desktop and implement it on Azure platform

Provide variable cost and cost based task running
Amazon has got this nice feature of providing variable costs based on their server load. You can get a VM going ONLY when the cost is lower that a certain threshold.
It makes perfect sense for a DB engine where lots of archiving, aggregating etc. is required and the user wants to be sure to stick to the budget.3 votes -
Support other tokens for REST services than SWT.
We are running against the boundaries of the SWT token with our REST services solution. The front-end client presents the user a login from an Identity Provider provided by the ACS. The front-end client needs to push the token, received by the ACS, to the REST services.
The main boudery we are facing is renewing the token without disturbing the user.

Provide a simpler direct API for working with Azure Table entities not using ADO.NET Data Services
Provide a simpler dedicated API for Azure Tables, like the one that exists for Blobs. The current implementation based on ADO.NET Data Services is hard to understand from the documentation due to the additional abstraction layer. It is also not very flexible when dealing with dynamically constructed entity schemas, and the LINQ query syntax at least gives an impression that all filter matching is taking place on the client side.

Create a Web App Gallery for Azure
A similar offering to the MS Web App Gallery, but for Azure. A well-promoted channel for developers to showcase their wares will encourage them to port existing .net apps to Azure, or create new apps. The availability of such apps will be critical to driving mass market take-up of cloud computing..

Student Express Pre Paid Account
A student's life is generally with all the Express Edition softwares. So why not Azure account too...?
Thought there are intro special and others accounts, opening up one's credit card and putting it in the hot environment is little difficult to students.
Rather if students and developers can buy Azure Account Credits for $5 or $10 and use it till is expires, sounds cool...

Logging - Abstract the hell out of it and add seamless support for using Enterprise Blocks.
Logging is so important and every application needs it. Most of the microsoft applications written today use Enterprise application blocks. There should be way for us to be NOT worry about logging when we migrate our on-premisis applications to run on Azure.

WCF - on premesis to azure migration wizard
There tons of applications written using WCF. Most of the confiuguration is expressed in a descriptive fashion (config files). There are only few limited existing scenarios
- WCF service hosted in IIS
- WCF service hosted in windows serviceIf microsoft comes up with a wizard to generate target web.config (for azure) from the existing config files, it saves lot fo time.
