    Carry on course with Federations, make them rock!

    Am very excited for this feature. Hope this feature shines!

    We have announced support for federations at the recent PASS conference. At that time we announced that we plan to have federations live by the end of this calendar year.

    provide the ability to query for a list of databases

    I have a scenario where my application creates a dedicated SQL Azure DB for each customer. It would be nice if I didn't have to maintain a list of those databases somewhere and instead could just query a server to return a list of databases to find out how many… more

    SQL Azure db information through REST

    We need a ability to get information about sql azure database informations such as how many database servers available, size of each db, used space through API with subscription id.

    Despirately in need of this as SSMS requires corporate firewall rule changes to allow to connect to external SQL server and is a big hurdle...
